Information you choose to share
When you contact us, we use the business details, contact information and project materials you provide to discuss, quote and deliver your project. We do not ask for payment-card details through this website. WhatsApp and the payment provider you agree to use have their own privacy terms.
Website and optional analytics
Vercel hosts this website and may process request logs needed to deliver and secure it. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views for all visitors without cookies and without identifying you: it does not store personal data, and visits are grouped by an anonymous value that resets every day. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics records page visits and interactions such as WhatsApp button clicks. A click does not mean you became a customer. We do not send your WhatsApp message text to Analytics. Advertising identifiers and personalized advertising signals are not enabled in our direct Analytics configuration.
Website chat assistant
The chat assistant on this website answers with AI. Your messages and the recent conversation are sent to Google's Gemini API, together with relevant facts from Q Studio's own information, to generate each answer. Google may use this content to improve its products, so please don't share sensitive personal or business details in the chat. We don't store chat transcripts on our servers; the conversation is kept only in your browser for the current visit. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the summary you send is shared with us there.
Your choices
This website stores your analytics choice in your browser. You can change it below; clear existing browser cookies if you also want to remove cookies previously set by Google. Declining does not affect the offer or your ability to contact us.
Retention and requests
We retain project correspondence for delivery, support and necessary business records. You can ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer needed; records required for an ongoing contract or legal obligation may need to be retained. We do not sell your contact details.
