Is this package right for my business?+
It suits operating service businesses that need to present services and past work and make contact easier: maintenance, fit-out and installation companies, for example. Send your business activity and company link so we can confirm fit before payment.
Does this include a store, app or Google Maps registration?+
No. This is an informational business website. Ecommerce, checkout, customer accounts, booking engines, mobile apps and custom systems need a separate quote. Google Maps registration is not included.
What do I need to supply?+
Your logo if available, service descriptions, contact details, project photos you have permission to use, and bilingual content or approval of the agreed copy. Page structure and content limits are agreed in writing first. Specialist translation, photography and extensive copywriting are quoted separately.
Will the finished website be ready in 48 hours?+
The first working preview is due within two business days after complete materials, agreed scope and deposit. Launch normally takes five business days with timely feedback. We confirm availability and delivery dates in writing; delayed content or approval moves the schedule.
How do payment and approval work?+
You receive a written scope, payment instructions and provider identity before paying. Pay 50% to start, review a working preview, then send one consolidated round of feedback. The balance is due after agreed revisions and approval, before launch and handover.
What renews, and what costs extra?+
Year one includes a standard domain, hosting and SSL within the written limits. Renewal prices, hosting limits and any transfer fees or paid services are disclosed in the quote before the deposit. There is no automatic renewal. Extra pages, new features and ongoing maintenance are separately agreed and priced.
Do you guarantee customers or Google rankings?+
No. The website helps present your company and handle inquiries from people who find you through your existing channels. Basic search setup does not guarantee indexing by a particular date, rankings or sales.
Do I own the finished website?+
After full payment you receive your custom project files and can move hosting. Domain and account ownership are set out in the quote. Third-party fonts, libraries and services retain their own licences.
