Agree the project before paying
The business website package covers up to five agreed pages in Arabic and English, using the same agreed content, responsive layouts, service and project information, contact buttons and basic search setup. The written quote confirms exact pages, content limits, domain, hosting limits, renewal pricing, payment currency, fees and dates before the deposit. Existing signed project agreements remain unchanged.
Payment and approval
New package projects use 50% to start and 50% after agreed revisions and approval, before launch and project-file handover. The written quote identifies the service provider and available payment method. Review the preview and report scope mismatches or defects so they can be resolved before final approval; silence is not automatic approval.
Timing and your materials
First preview is normally within two business days after the scope, complete materials and deposit are received. Launch normally takes five business days with timely feedback. We confirm a start date based on availability. Missing materials, changed scope, delayed feedback or third-party issues can change the agreed schedule; we will communicate the effect.
Revisions, support and additional work
One consolidated round of changes within the agreed scope is included. Implementation defects are corrected for 14 days after launch. New pages, redesigns after approval, extensive content writing, specialist translation and ongoing maintenance need a separate agreed quote. Defects are differences from agreed behavior, not requests for new features.
What the package excludes
Ecommerce, checkout, user accounts, booking engines, apps, custom systems and Google Maps registration are not included. Basic search setup is not a promise of rankings, indexing dates, traffic, inquiries or sales.
Hosting, renewal and ownership
The first year includes an available standard domain, hosting and SSL within the quote's specified limits; premium domains and paid third-party services are separately disclosed. Renewal terms are agreed before the first payment and renewal is not automatic. After full payment, you receive your custom project files and the agreed domain/account access. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Supply only content and images you have permission to use.
Changes and questions
